Brandy McCauley
Executive Director
Brandy McCauley began her nursing career in 2005, where she quickly found her calling in senior care during her clinical rotations—an experience that shaped her professional path. In 2009, after the Navy relocated her family to Ventura, California, she joined The Palms at Bonaventure as a Charge Nurse, beginning what would become a deeply rooted commitment to serving seniors in her community. Her unwavering dedication and natural leadership quickly earned her a promotion to Memory Care Coordinator—a pivotal role that not only deepened her connection to assisted living but also inspired her to pursue and earn her California Administrator Certificate in 2012.
Brandy was promoted to Executive Director in 2014 and has since led The Palms with a strong focus on compassionate care and operational excellence. She’s deeply passionate about transforming the lives of residents and their families, and is driven to create an uplifting, supportive environment where both staff and seniors truly thrive.
Outside of work, Brandy enjoys spending quality time with her husband and two sons, traveling, shopping, and spending time at beach.
Harmony Langarica
Senior Business Office Director
Harmony Langarica serves as our Business Office Director and brings a wealth of experience in financial operations and human resources. After taking time off to start her family, Harmony has rejoined our community with renewed energy and dedication. Her areas of expertise include accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and HR management.
Throughout her career, Harmony has achieved several notable milestones, including becoming a certified administrator and working as a case manager on a fiduciary team specializing in conservatorships. She has proudly served the residents of The Palms for over eight years and is recognized for her quick wit, loyalty, and genuine passion for serving the senior community. In 2024, Harmony was promoted to Senior Business Office Director, allowing her to share her expertise and support other Integral Senior Living communities.
Outside of work, Harmony enjoys reading, knitting, and spending quality time with her husband and two young children.
John White
Senior Vibrant Life Director
John began his career in senior services in 1997 after earning a bachelor's degree in marketing. He initially served as Marketing Manager for Heritage Providers Network, where he played a key role in organizing large-scale senior expos throughout Southern California. John also developed and launched a senior volunteer and exercise program that expanded into seven senior centers across the greater Los Angeles area.
After adopting his son, John shifted to part-time work to focus on family, while maintaining his commitment to serving the senior population. A passionate advocate for community building, he was instrumental in helping establish the first LGBTQ+ Community Center in North Los Angeles County.
In 2020, John joined The Palms at Bonaventure as Vibrant Life Director. His leadership and creativity led to his promotion in 2023 to Senior Vibrant Life Director. In this role, he not only oversees engaging resident programs at The Palms but also supports our sister communities in creating meaningful and enriching activities that promote connection, wellness, and joy.
Mary Ventura
Resident Care Director
Mary Ventura joined The Palms at Bonaventure in 2020 as a Charge Nurse and quickly rose through the ranks—first as Generation Program Director, and then as Resident Care Director in 2022. With over 13 years of experience in medical management and a deep commitment to quality care, Mary brings both clinical expertise and heartfelt compassion to her role.
A graduate of Santa Barbara City College, Mary became a Licensed Nurse in 2019. She is passionate about caring for others and ensuring that every resident receives attentive, personalized care. On any given day, you'll find Mary reviewing and updating care plans, monitoring medications, supporting and educating staff, and upholding the highest standards of resident safety and wellness.
Mary considers her greatest accomplishment to be her family. She is a proud mother of two daughters, two sons, and a grandmother to two wonderful grandsons. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, hiking, and staying active with regular workouts.
Chef Michael Callahan
Senior Culinary Director
Chef Michael Callahan began his journey in senior living culinary services in 2010. Starting as a server, he worked his way through every position in the kitchen, discovering a true passion for cooking along the way. Under the mentorship of various experienced chefs, Michael developed a strong foundation in the culinary arts, as well as a deep understanding of the business side of culinary operations.
In 2015, Michael joined The Palms at Bonaventure as Culinary Services Director. Since then, he has continuously refined his skills, delivering high-quality, flavorful meals tailored to the preferences and needs of our residents and their guests.
Recognized for his leadership and creativity, Michael was promoted in 2023 to Senior Culinary Director. In this role, he supports our sister communities in enhancing their culinary programs, sharing his expertise to elevate dining experiences across the organization.
Stefanie Reyes
Generations Program Director
Stefanie Reyes has been a dedicated member of The Palms at Bonaventure team since 2011. Over the years, she has served in a variety of roles—including Medication Aide and Concierge—before stepping into her current position as Generations Program Director in 2022.
With a strong background in mental health and substance abuse services, as well as experience in several supervisory roles, Stefanie brings deep compassion and valuable expertise to her work.
She is known for her enthusiasm and heartfelt commitment to enhancing the lives of our Generations seniors while providing meaningful support to their families.
Outside of work, Stefanie enjoys spending quality time with her husband and their three children—twin daughters and a son—who keep her smiling and inspired every day.
Rodolfo “Rudy” Arroyo
Senior Building Services Director
Rodolfo Arroyo, known to most as Rudy, is our Building Services Director. A lifelong resident of Ventura County, Rudy began his career after earning his State Welding Certificate and working across several industries including construction, oil, and agriculture. He later earned certificates in Construction Management and Environmental Technology (HVAC), which led to over 25 years of experience in construction and property management. In 2024, Rudy was promoted to Senior Building Services Director, where he supports other Integral Senior Living communities in maintaining strong and effective maintenance programs.
Rudy is passionate about maintaining safe, efficient, and well-managed facilities. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling, scenic drives, family time with his dogs, and visiting the ranch for horseback riding and farm work.
