Meet the Executive Director,
Brandy McCauley

Brandy McCauley began her nursing career in 2005, discovering her passion for senior care during clinical rotations. After relocating to Ventura, California, in 2009, she joined The Palms as a Charge Nurse, committing to serve seniors in her community. Her dedication led to her promotion as Memory Care Coordinator, where she earned her California Administrator Certificate in 2012.

Promoted to Executive Director in 2014, Brandy focuses on compassionate care and operational excellence, striving to create a supportive environment for residents and staff alike.

In her free time, Brandy enjoys traveling, shopping, and beach outings with her husband and two sons.

"My mom has lived at The Palms for a little over a year now. She is very happy there. They recently were renovated it and it's beautiful. The staff is all very caring and attentive to her needs. Many of the caregivers are especially kind. They have a lot of fun things going on throughout the day. My mom especially enjoys the entertainers. I have had many meals with her in the dining room and they were all very good. I can't tell you how much peace it brings me to know she is safe and well taken care of.
